- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. fresh chopped basil (or 1 tsp. dried basil)
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 4 oz. pepperoni, cut into small pieces (about 1 cup)
- Pizza sauce for dipping
Stir batter and divide among the mini muffin cups. Fill almost to the top. Bake until puffed and golden, about 20 – 25 minutes.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
